Privacy policy

Who we are

Morpheus provides voice infrastructure — Pulse, Probe, Edge and Vault. For anything about this policy or the data we hold about you, write to privacy@morpheus.cx.

What this website collects

This site has one form. When you submit it we receive:

• the name and work email you enter, which are required so we can reply;
• company, phone, product interest, seats or volume, and your message, where you choose to give them;
• the IP address the submission came from, used to rate-limit the form and stop automated abuse;
• how you reached us — advertising campaign parameters in the link you clicked (such as utm_source or gclid) and the referring page — so we know which campaigns are worth running.

We do not ask for payment details, and we collect nothing from you if you read the page without submitting the form.

Why we use it, and on what basis

We use your details for one thing: to respond to your enquiry and discuss whether our products fit what you are building. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in replying to someone who has asked us to, and, where you are entering into a contract, taking steps at your request before doing so. We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking you separately.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while there is an active conversation and for up to 24 months afterwards, so we recognise you if you come back. After that they are deleted. If you ask us to delete yours sooner, we will.

Who else sees it

Your submission is emailed to our own staff and stored on our own servers. This page loads no fonts, scripts or images from anyone else, so browsing it sends your details to no third party at all. We rely on outside parties only where the service could not run without them:

• Our email provider, to deliver the notification to us and our reply to you.
• Advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta), where we have enabled conversion tracking. These record that a submission happened so we can measure campaigns. Confirm this is switched on before relying on this paragraph — if it is not, say so here instead.

We do not pass your enquiry to anyone else, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

Cookies

This page sets no cookies of its own. If advertising conversion tags are enabled, those platforms may set their own, subject to their policies and to any consent banner in force in your region.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to our using it, or to complain to your data protection regulator. Email privacy@morpheus.cx and we will action it — there is no charge, and you do not need to give a reason for a deletion request.

Security

The form is submitted over an encrypted connection. Enquiries are held on servers we operate, with access limited to the staff who handle them.

Changes

If we change how any of this works, we will update this page and the date at the top.
